Sze Wei Ng

Sze Wei Ng has extensive experience in human capital management, currently serving as the Director of HCM at Synapxe since March 2014. Prior to this role, Sze Wei held the position of Associate Director, HR at NCS Group from April 2001 to February 2014 and worked as an HR Executive, Regional at ECnet Limited from November 1998 to April 2001. Sze Wei began a professional career as an Operations Supervisor at TransitLink from June 1993 to July 1995. Sze Wei holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of London and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Singapore Polytechnic, along with GCE ‘O’ Level qualifications from Crescent Girls’ School.
