Rashmi Phadnis

Rashmi Phadnis is a Deep Learning Engineer at sync. since February 2025, with previous experience as a Deep Learning Research Engineer at the University of Pennsylvania from June 2023 to February 2025, leading a team and focusing on models of mental representations. Rashmi has worked as a Deep Learning Research Scientist at Samsung Research America, where responsibilities included implementing generative modeling techniques and managing data pipelines. Additional roles include Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as business analysis positions at Quantiphi and Rockmetric, and software development internships at ImpactGuru and Kartographers Technologies. Rashmi holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bhartiya Vidya Bhavans Sardar Patel Institute of Technology.
