Martina Harmon

Martina Harmon, GISP, is a Senior Associate at SYNCADD Systems Inc., where since September 2009, support has been provided for the Army’s Installation Geospatial Information & Services (IGI&S) Program. Responsibilities include policy assessment and development, communications support, and GIS standards development. Prior to this role, Martina served as a Lead Geographer at Dewberry from May 2006 to September 2009, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to create flood insurance rate maps for FEMA. Earlier experience includes working as a Physical Scientist at the U.S. Geological Survey from May 2005 to April 2006, focusing on GIS data integration for coal exploration studies in China. Martina earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Mary Washington in 2006.
