Caroline Broder

Caroline Broder is currently a board member at Syncari. Caroline was previously employed as an Analytics Associate for Lyft from January 2017 to December 2018. In this role, Caroline supported strategic initiatives for Lyft's rental car initiative, Express Drive (XD). Prior to their work with Lyft, Caroline worked as a Senior Associate for Parthenon-EY from January 2015 to December 2016. Parthenon-EY is a strategy consulting firm focused on corporate strategy and transaction due diligence for Fortune 500 and private equity clients. Caroline was also the recruiting lead for Amherst College while they were employed with Parthenon-EY. Caroline began their career with The Parthenon Group in January 2014 as a Summer Associate.

Caroline Broder graduated from Amherst College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
