Dan Seethaler

Dan Seethaler is a Senior UI Engineer at Syncari. Dan previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at Teamworks from April 2019 to September 2020, where they led the development team responsible for the calendar module for web and mobile (React Native). Dan also standardized architecture and code quality by proposing and implementing TypeScript, Prettier, React Testing Library, and a shared coding patterns document. In addition, they architected and implemented a design system to standardize reusable UI components. Dan played a key role in integrating LaunchDarkly for feature flagging newly refactored components.

Before that, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at WillowTree from February 2018 to April 2019. There, they led a team of six engineers building a complex, greenfield web application with a tight timeline. The positive team culture, quality codebase, and development velocity were consistently recognized by management. Dan also built the in-house component library architecture using Emotion which laid the foundation for fast development with standardized components. In addition, they contributed across the company by leading weekly platform innovation meetings, participating on the interview team, and outlining web capabilities to our strategy team.

Dan Seethaler has a degree in accounting from the University of Utah and is currently a front-end web developer.
