Jason Mansilla

Jason Mansilla has a strong background in engineering and construction management with experience in various roles. Jason started their career at Lockheed Martin as a Communications Systems Engineer before transitioning to a Systems Engineer role. In 2010, they joined KDC Solar as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Electrical Engineering and Project Manager. In 2015, Mansilla joined Syncarpha Capital as the Director of Engineering and Construction Management and was promoted to the position of VP of Engineering, Construction, and Asset Management in June 2016.

Jason Mansilla earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Lafayette College from 2001 to 2005. Jason then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 2007 to 2010.
