Kristin Pickett

Kristin Pickett MBA is currently serving as a Procurement Fulfillment Coordinator at SyncFab since November 2022, where responsibilities include procurement and shipment logistics coordination. Prior to this role, Kristin has extensive experience at the Fleet Readiness Center Southwest, beginning in 2012 and culminating in a GS-12 position as a Logistics Management Specialist focusing on Air Vehicle Capability Integration for various military aircraft. Other roles include previous positions as a Purchasing Agent and Administrative Support Assistant. Kristin also spent time as a Stay-at-Home Mom beginning in February 2022, and has held roles at Affordable Engineering Services and Starbucks. Academically, Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from San Diego State University and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from National University, along with a Certificate of Proficiency in Leadership and Supervision from Southwestern Community College District.
