Lauren Tremblay

Lauren Tremblay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Lauren currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Syncfusion since January 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Syncfusion from June 2016 to January 2021. Before joining Syncfusion, Lauren worked as an Administrative Assistant at The Biltmore Company from June 2015 to January 2016. Lauren also served as an Engineering Administrative Assistant at Macomb Community College from October 2014 to June 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a College and International Program Education Professional Intern at Walt Disney World from January 2014 to June 2014. Lauren has also worked as a Human Resources Administrator- Temporary Assignment (TA) at Macomb County Government from October 2013 to December 2013, and as an Assistant Front Office Manager at Starwood Hotels & Resorts- Westin Orlando Universal Blvd from January 2013 to July 2013. Lauren held the position of Guest Service Supervisor at Starwood Hotels & Resorts- Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin from November 2011 to December 2012. Prior to these roles, Lauren volunteered as the President of the Disney Interest Group from August 2008 to December 2010 and as the Lead Campus Representative for Walt Disney World from August 2010 to December 2010, where they successfully recruited new members and established strong relationships with faculty leaders.

Lauren Tremblay earned a Bachelor of Art degree in Communications from Michigan State University. Lauren obtained several certifications in the field of Human Resources, including the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) from HRCI in December 2021, the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in December 2021, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in 2019, the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in December 2019, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2019.
