Roxanne Starks Mpa

Roxanne Starks, MPA, currently serves as a Financial Management Analyst at Synchron, LLC, where responsibilities include preparing and justifying financial resources for budgets and forecasts, as well as supporting the formulation of POM and budget exhibits. Prior to this role, Roxanne worked as a Logistics Specialist for the US Army, focusing on developing procedures and managing the travel card program.
