Ezra Vance

Ezra Vance is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong track record in various industries. Ezra is currently the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Synchronoss Technologies, where they lead the sales organization focused on creating, developing, and delivering a sales plan for the Personal Cloud Storage Solution. Ezra also played a key role in launching the new "Capsyl" product in North America. Prior to this, Ezra served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Likewize, where they were responsible for managing the Dish account and leading cross-functional teams to over-achieve on contracted programs. Ezra also has experience as the Chief Commercial Officer at Encore Repair Services, where they boosted revenue by $50M in the first year and grew EBITDA from negative to more than $5M. In addition, they have held leadership positions at Brightstar Corp., Cord Blood Registry, Dell, APAC Customer Services & TeleTech, Motorola, Qwest Communications, and USA.NET.

Ezra Vance received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy in 1987. Ezra then pursued a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Production and Operations Management at Wright State University from 1988 to 1991.
