Andrew C Cosby III, CAMS, has extensive experience in audit and compliance spanning over three decades. Currently serving as VP, Senior Audit Manager for both Treasury & SOX and Compliance at Synchrony since October 2015, Cosby has previously held significant roles at GE Capital, including Compliance Assurance Leader and Internal Control Leader. Earlier professional experience includes various positions at Citi, where roles encompassed Operational Risk and Control Manager and Business Risk and Control Manager. Cosby's career began at the New York State Office of the Comptroller as a Senior Internal Auditor. Cosby holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Lincoln University.
