Keith Kaseta is an experienced leader in customer insights and client experience, currently serving as VP of Customer Insights at Synchrony since May 2024. Prior to this role, Keith held positions at KPMG International as Global Voice of Client / Client Experience Lead from March 2021 to January 2024, where responsibilities included leading the strategy and deployment of client experience programs. At KPMG US, Keith was Senior Director of Client Insights and Research and also held the role of Director of Client Experience. Earlier in their career, Keith served as VP, Cross Sell Manager at GE Commercial Finance, overseeing the Global Cross Sell program, and as Vice President at GE Capital Solutions, leading Six Sigma initiatives and creating a Customer Loyalty organization that significantly boosted sales. Keith holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a BS in Finance from Villanova University.
