Kristin Bianculli

Kristin Bianculli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in campus recruiting and sales. Currently serving as Manager of Campus Recruiting Strategy, Oversight, and Operations at Synchrony since September 2015, Kristin manages various aspects of the BLP rotational program, oversees offer and onboarding processes, and collaborates on diversity initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Sales at Cathy's Specialty Biscotti Company, where Kristin enhanced the customer base by 50%, and Campus Recruiting Coordinator at PepsiCo, where Kristin contributed to the coordination of large-scale recruitment efforts.
