Leslie L. Potts is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, technology, and program management. Currently serving as Vice President at Synchrony since March 2015, Leslie has held multiple leadership roles, including AVP of Training Program Management and Quality Assurance in Inside Sales. Prior to this, Leslie worked at Laureate Education Inc from July 1998 to January 2015, progressing through various positions such as Senior Admissions Manager and Operations Supervisor. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, as well as an additional Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from California State University, Los Angeles.
