Naveen Dhiviti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management across multiple industries, including finance, healthcare, and retail. Currently serving as Manager QA at Synchrony since February 2021, Naveen specializes in digital transformation, data integration, and various QA processes. Previous roles include Project Lead at Cigniti Technologies, where Naveen led digital transformation testing projects, and QA Manager at Posidex, overseeing QA teams and client engagement within the BFSI sector. Earlier experience includes being a Senior QA Professional at AppLabs and Quality Supervisor at Computer Science Corporation in the USA.
