Penny Scheibe

Penny Scheibe serves as Vice President at Synchrony, overseeing the Chief Technology & Operating Office with a focus on governance, compliance, the Office of Agile, tech and ops supplier risk management, strategic partnerships, and ROI strategy. With previous experience as Senior Vice President at Citi, leading global functions and services sourcing, and as a Senior Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Partner at Georgia-Pacific LLC, Penny has extensive expertise in sourcing and procurement. Additional roles include Senior Sourcing & Vendor Management Partner at Yum! Brands and various positions from 1998 to 2012 in multiple companies. As an entrepreneur, Penny co-founded mobZilla, LLC and Bubble Tea Corp. Academically, Penny holds a Master of Science in Management from Texas A&M University, a Doctor of Law from Western Sierra Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Law from National University.
