Rabiah Duncan

Rabiah Duncan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in account management, project oversight, and client relations. Currently serving as AVP of Account Management at Synchrony since June 2022, Rabiah previously founded The Mommy Grind and held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Partnerships at Small Biz Silver Lining and Talent Consultant at Meta. Additional experience includes senior positions at the Tupac Amaru Shakur Foundation and Montclair Film, as well as significant contributions to Swiss Post Solutions where Rabiah managed a substantial account portfolio and oversaw operations for New York Fashion Week. Rabiah began a successful career in luxury real estate with The Corcoran Group after earning a BA in Communications from William Paterson University of New Jersey.
