Rachel Moore is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in innovation and product management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as SVP, Incubation & Emerging Payments at Synchrony, Rachel drives the incubation initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies' impact on business. Previously, Rachel held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where leadership of the Branch Innovation Lab focused on assessing new technologies for branch environments. With significant roles at Citi, including SVP in both Citi FinTech and product management, Rachel has a proven track record in driving customer-centric innovation and optimizing product lines. Rachel’s career began at American Express, where roles spanned various aspects of product development and management. Rachel holds a BA in English and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
