Kimberley Whitaker

Kimberley Whitaker is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as a Legal Consultant at Syncona Limited since November 2023, Kimberley previously held the position of General Counsel at HealthHero from July 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included managing legal compliance and governance for a pan-European health tech company. Other notable roles include Legal Consultant at RPMI Railpen, BlackRock, and Ignition Law, as well as Head of Legal UK at Aurelius Investments. Kimberley has a strong foundation in corporate transactional work, having served as Interim Group Legal Adviser at UBM plc and as an Associate at prominent law firms such as Norton Rose Group and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.
