Dale Van Aken

Dale Van Aken has an extensive work experience, primarily in executive and leadership roles. Dale started their career in 1979 at Applied Data Research as the Director of Consulting Services. From 1981 to 1983, they worked as a Managing Consultant at Strategic Management Systems. In 1985, they became the President of The Catalyst Corp, where they served until 1989. Dale then joined Syncro Development Corp in 1990 as the President and CEO, and later became the Chairman, CFO, and CIO of Syncro Technology Corp in 1997.

Dale Van Aken attended Lycoming College from 1973 to 1976, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Computer Science, and Music. After graduating from Lycoming College, Dale went on to attend the Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1976 to 1977, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. During their time at Babson, their studies focused on Quantitative Analysis, Organizational Design, and Entrepreneurial Studies.
