Francie Babik

Francie Babik, MBA, currently serves as SVP Human Resources at Syncromune® since March 2024. Previously, Francie held the position of Senior Human Resources Consultant at Danforth Advisors, where strategic HR support was provided to biotech and life sciences companies from June 2021 to March 2024. In earlier roles, Francie was VP of Human Resources at Amplity Health, leading the US HR function from February 2019 to June 2021, and Director of HR at Publicis Health, supporting Commercial Sales from December 2017 to February 2019. Additional experience includes serving as North American Regional HR Lead at ICON plc and holding various HR positions at Anthony & Sylvan Pools, Teva Pharmaceuticals, The Thompson Organization, and LA Weight Loss Centers, Inc. Francie holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Delaware Valley University.
