Harji Singh Mehta

Harji Singh Mehta is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Syncron since June 2020, Harji previously held positions as Associate Director of Technology at MetricStream, Vice President of Technology at Goldman Sachs, and Senior Architect at Misys, where responsibilities included leading architecture and design for core banking solutions. Early career roles included Senior Analyst/Programmer at Churchill Software Services, where Harji led the development of a J2EE migration framework, and as a Technical Specialist on Oracle technologies. Harji's educational background includes an Executive Programme in Leadership and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, a Diploma in Advanced Computing from Aptech, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University.
