Olga Dudzik-Gornicka

Olga Dudzik-Gornicka serves as the Director of Product Design and UX Strategic Lead at Syncron, a position held since July 2016, where Olga has also taken on roles such as Acting Chapter Lead, Senior UX Researcher, and UX Designer. Prior experience includes serving as a Design Researcher at Senfino from October 2015 to June 2016, and as a Guest Lecturer at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology from October 2014 to 2016. Additional roles include UX Designer at PZU, Lecturer at the School of Form, and UI/UX Designer at Artegence. Olga's career began in various trainee positions and as a Teaching Assistant at the School of Form. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Psychology of IT and Communication from Uniwersytet SWPS and participation in Tallin Summer School in 2014.
