Renee Harders is a seasoned professional in project management and instructional design, currently serving as a Project Manager at Syncron since December 2021. Previously, Harders worked as a Senior Instructional Design Consultant at Cetera Financial Group and an Advisor Development Consultant at Waddell & Reed, focusing on improving operational efficiency and technology integration for financial advisors. Additional roles include Instructional Designer positions at CommunityAmerica Credit Union and Commerce Bank, where contributions included developing training resources and redesigning training access systems. Harders also held project management and training development roles at Truss LLC and was a Training and Development Coordinator at Rosnet, enhancing project implementation for a restaurant software company.
