Barys Danilau is a seasoned payment operations professional with extensive experience in managing payment products and associated services. Currently serving as a Payment Operations Specialist at Synctera since November 2022, Barys oversees operations for Core and Payment products, focusing on ledger reconciliation and automating processes in collaboration with product and engineering teams. Prior roles at CJSC VTB Bank (Belarus) included Head of Payment Cards' Support Division, where Barys managed card products and delivered emerging payment solutions. Barys has a strong track record in implementing projects related to EMV chips, chargeback management, and various digital payment services, supported by a Master’s degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from Belarusian State Economic University.
