Chester Montefering

Chester Montefering is the current Chief of Staff to the CEO at Synctera. Prior to this, they held various positions at different companies. From June 2018 to February 2021, they were a Senior Associate - Global Strategy at Uber. From January 2018 to December 2018, they were an Analyst at Krillion Ventures. In May 2017, they worked as an Industrial Engineering Analyst at American Express. Chester also worked as an Early-Stage Investment Analyst at Deutsche Telekom from June 2016 to August 2016. In addition, Chester Montefering is also the CEO/Co-Founder of Therion PC from January 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they were a Network Engineer at DMGT Telecommunications from May 2015 to August 2015.

Chester Montefering completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Miami.
