Krystle Pang is a seasoned Data Analyst with extensive experience in strategy and analytics. Currently employed at Synctera since January 2022, Krystle previously contributed to Kijiji Canada from June 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included developing frameworks for stakeholders, creating analytics structures, and enhancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in hiring practices. Krystle's earlier career involved positions such as Jr Analyst and Analyst Intern at Kijiji, where significant accomplishments included driving data architecture initiatives and improving data literacy across the organization.
