Roxanne Daugherty-Sim

Roxanne Daugherty-Sim has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Roxanne is currently working as the Director of GMP Quality Commercial at Syndax Pharmaceuticals since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Quality at Legend Biotech from 2021 to 2023.

From 2019 to 2021, Roxanne worked at Merck as the Director of Quality Operations Architecture. Before that, they held the role of Director of Product Knowledge Lead at Merck from 2017 to 2019. Their responsibilities included stabilizing and improving technical product knowledge for biological products and implementing knowledge management practices.

In 2005, they attended Lean Six Sigma at Rath & Strong, where they earned a Black Belt certification.
