Sara Parsons

Sara Parsons is an experienced professional with a diverse background in IT and project management. Sara most recently served as the Director of IT Business Partner at Syndax Pharmaceuticals since 2024. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Enterprise Applications at Relay Therapeutics from 2021 to 2024, where they led IT engagements and supported various teams within the organization. Sara also worked at Boston Consulting Group as a Chapter Lead in Software Engineering from 2019 to 2021 and as a Senior Manager in IT from 2017 to 2019. Earlier in their career, Sara worked at athenahealth as a Senior Manager in Enterprise Technology from 2016 to 2017 and as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2016. Before that, they served as a Senior Program/Project Manager at EMC from 2011 to 2014, a Program Manager at Customer Contact Solutions from 2010 to 2011, a Marketing Manager at Commonwealth National Bank from 2008 to 2010, and a Program Manager at Main South Speaks from 2005 to 2008.

Sara Parsons has an MBA in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing from Clark University Graduate School of Management, which they obtained from 2008 to 2009. Sara also holds a Certificate in Project Management from Bryant University in 2011. Additionally, they have a BA in Communications & Culture with Honors from Clark University, which they earned from 2004 to 2008.
