Carlos Dufour

Carlos Dufour has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Carlos is currently working at Syndigo as the Director of Alliances since February 2023. Prior to that, they were the Sales Director at Syndigo from January 2021 to February 2023. Carlos also served as the COO at Sleepykids starting in September 2020.

Before joining Sleepykids, Carlos worked at Akeneo as the Country Manager for Spain, Portugal, Turkey, and Latam from January 2018 to September 2020. During their tenure at Akeneo, they were responsible for establishing the business in the region, developing a sales pipeline, and creating a community around PIM and Akeneo.

Carlos worked at SurfKitchen as the Presales for Southern EMEA and Latin America from June 2006 to February 2008, focusing on business development and ensuring successful deployment in major telecom companies. Carlos also worked at Openwave as the Presales Manager for Latin America from June 2003 to May 2006, where they were responsible for defining account strategies and coordinating the pre-sales team. Carlos also served as a Senior Sales Engineer at Openwave, where they enhanced product portfolio and developed the Brazilian market from May 2001 to June 2003. Carlos started their career at Oracle as a Senior Consultant, working on the development, deployment, and presale of packaged solutions for the pharmaceutical and banking industry. Carlos also worked as an intern/consultant at Oracle Argentina for 18 months.
