Debra Sampson has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Debra began their career with OfficeMax in 1994, where they worked as an Assistant Store Manager for almost nine years. During their time at OfficeMax, they gained experience in general store management, customer service, inventory control, and employee hiring and training.
In 2003, Debra became self-employed as a Certified Residential Appraiser, working as a contractor with Sutherland Appraisal Services. In this role, they were responsible for gathering property features through interviews, inspections, and public data sources.
Debra joined Gladson in 2013 and held various positions within the company. Debra started as an E-Commerce Content Coder and QA Specialist, transcribing data from CPG package labels and later transitioning to a QA role. Debra then became a Content QA Team Lead, overseeing the QA team's workflow and providing support. Eventually, Debra was promoted to a Content QA Supervisor, where they led and developed the Content QA team to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
Currently, Debra is working at Syndigo since 2019. Debra started as an Operations Manager, Content, responsible for managing content operations. Later, they were promoted to Senior Operations Manager, where they contributed to the company's overall operations management. Currently, Debra holds the position of Director, Content Operations.
Debra Sampson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Rockford College. Debra also has an Associate of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Triton College. Debra'shigh school education was completed at West Leyden High School. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including Six Sigma Green Belt, Project Management - Lean Process Certified, and Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Debra also holds a Microsoft Office Specialist certificate in Access 2016.
