Dr.-Ing. Martin Gliesche

Dr.-Ing. Martin Gliesche has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Dr.-Ing. Martin currently serves as the Head of Sales DACH at Syndigo, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Syndigo from February 2021 to February 2023. Before joining Syndigo, Martin held leadership positions at atrify, 1WorldSync, and TAILORIT GmbH. At atrify, they served as the VP Corporate Business Development & Partner Ecosystem Management from September 2019 to January 2021, and as the Senior Director of Professional Services - strategic consultancy & solution sales from July 2019 to November 2019. At 1WorldSync, they held the position of Senior Director of Professional Services - strategic consultancy & solution sales from August 2018 to July 2019, Director of Advisory Services Europe - strategic consultancy & solution sales from October 2015 to July 2018, and Advisory Service Manager Europe from August 2014 to September 2015. Prior to that, Martin worked at TAILORIT GmbH as a Manager from January 2014 to July 2014, and as a Senior Consultant - strategic consultancy from November 2008 to December 2013. Dr.-Ing. Martin acquired their doctorate in engineering (Dr.-Ing.) from TU Dortmund University, where they worked from September 2005 to September 2008.

Dr.-Ing. Martin Gliesche attended Technische Universität Dresden from 1999 to 2005, where they obtained a degree in Wirtschaftswissenschaften + Maschinenbau (Dipl.-Wi.-Ing.). Dr.-Ing. Martin then went on to earn their Dr.-Ing. degree from TU Dortmund University from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained certifications as a PRINCE2® Foundation and PRINCE2® Practitioner from APMG International in 2009 and 2011, respectively.
