Michelle Martin Oeltmann

Michelle Martin Oeltmann has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Research Assistant at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environment Control, where they assisted in program development and data analysis. From 1995 to 1998, they served as a Statistical Research Analyst II at the State of South Carolina, managing data collection and analysis for a large program.

Moving forward, Michelle became a Research Associate at the University of South Carolina in 1998, where they directed the Nutrition Data Center and managed dietary assessment data for clinical trials. In 2000, they transitioned to TCF LP as a Solutions Analyst/Consultant, providing project management and consulting services for risk measurement software.

Michelle joined Edgenet in 2000 as a Director of Project Management, developing implementation processes and managing profitability. Michelle continued to advance within the company, becoming VP Delivery Management at Big Hammer/Edgenet in 2005. In this role, they built and managed client relationships, facilitated transitions, and aligned services with organizational strategies.

In 2014, Michelle moved to EdgeAQ as the VP of Professional Services, overseeing strategic programs and managing the transition of e-commerce and logistics data for major retailers. Finally, in 2018, they joined Syndigo as the SVP Services & Delivery, responsible for managing two lines of business, including sales efforts, customer success, and account management.

Throughout their career, Michelle has gained expertise in project management, data analysis, and client relationship management. Michelle'sexperience spans multiple industries, including healthcare, software development, and retail.

Michelle Martin Oeltmann received their MSPH degree in Biostatistics from the University of South Carolina, which they completed between 1994 and 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Newberry College from 1990 to 1993. In addition to their educational qualifications, Michelle has also obtained certifications in Coaching and Developing Employees and New Manager Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022.
