Zenab Abdel Gawad

Zenab Abdel Gawad has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Zenab is currently working at Syndigo as the Sr. Director of Customer Success since May 2023. Before this, they worked at Riversand, a Syndigo company, as the Customer Success Director from April 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, they were at Syndigo as a Customer Success employee from January 2022 to April 2022. Zenab also worked at Riversand as the Customer Success Associate Director from April 2020 to January 2022, where they managed 14 customers and focused on delivering high business value and ensuring a positive customer experience. Before their time at Riversand, Zenab was with Evalueserve as a Client Relationship Manager from October 2012 to April 2020 and as a Project Manager from July 2011 to October 2012. Zenab initially started their career at Evalueserve as a Business Analyst from 2009 to 2011. Prior to Evalueserve, Zenab worked as the General Manager at Perfect Target from August 2007 to September 2009.

Zenab Abdel Gawad attended the Faculty of Letters at Babes Bolyai University from 2002 to 2006. Zenab obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English and French Language and Literature.
