About the role

As an essential member of our go-to-market team, the Inbound Development Representative plays a vital role in collaborating with our Marketing Team and Account Executives to introduce Syndio鈥檚 products to Enterprise companies. Your success in this role will be determined by the number of meetings established with qualified leads that successfully transition into the pipeline. Both the quantity and successful execution of these meetings serve as metrics for meeting your target or quota. Additionally, it's worth noting that this position will directly report to the Director of Marketing Operations.

  • Engage in prospecting, outreach, and lead qualification to identify potential customers
  • Follow up with engaged prospects, qualifying them against sales-ready criteria with a sense of urgency
  • Connect with a wide range of leads to pinpoint suitable customer matches for sales conversations
  • Coordinate the scheduling of the next steps with an Account Executive at for qualified prospects
  • Assist in the enhancement of lead qualification processes, profiling qualified leads efficiently, and providing insights on effective marketing efforts
  • Work closely with the Demand Generation team to identify and qualify new leads within the enterprise sales cycle
  • Manage Salesforce processes, including activity management and timely lead management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in existing processes to enhance efficiency
  • Strive to exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly lead development targets
  • Manually research prospects ahead of live events
  • Manage net new prospect data through Excel processes and prepare data for loading into Marketing Automation (we use and CRM (salesforce) systems
  • Create and deploying meaningful communications to the marketing qualified audience

  • 馃挵 Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $50,000 base per year, with an OTE of $65,000. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise. We take a geo neutral approach to compensation within the US, meaning that we pay based on job function and level, not location.聽

  • 30 min interview with a member of our Talent Team
  • 30 minute zoom interview with the Hiring Manager
  • Three video interviews with several team members (Demand Gen, Sales Development and Web Ops) - 2.5 hours
