Allison Hamilton has a diverse work experience that spans several companies and roles. Allison began their career at Washington State University as a Cougar Connector Student Ambassador from December 2010 to May 2013. Allison then joined Liberty Mutual Insurance and held various positions within the Technical Development Program, including IT Analyst, IT Analyst II, and Software Developer, from May 2013 to November 2016.
Following their time at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Allison worked as a QA Software Test Engineer at Brooks Running from November 2016 to June 2019. In this role, they led the E-commerce QA team and was responsible for managing multiple Agile projects, facilitating discussions with developers and IT partners, and overseeing high-profile projects.
Currently, Allison is employed at Syndio, where they have held several positions. Allison began as a Data Scientist in July 2019 and developed advanced statistical models, conducted data analyses, and presented findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Allison then transitioned to a Research Scientist role, where they provided expertise in workplace equity, led pay equity research efforts, and conducted end-to-end data analysis. In their most recent position as Manager of Data & Research, Allison continues to lead and conduct research and data analysis while overseeing a team.
Allison Hamilton earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Management Information Systems, General from Washington State University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management Information Systems, General at Seattle Pacific University from 2016 to 2019.
