Jonathan Vidales has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jonathan started their career as a Research Intern at Florida TaxWatch in 2013 before moving on to work as an Associate Consultant for Economics at The Washington Economics Group, Inc. Jonathan then transitioned to the State of Florida, where they held roles as an Institutional Researcher and Economic Analyst. In 2014, Jonathan joined Charles River Associates as an Analyst in Labor & Employment before being promoted to an Associate in the same field. In 2018, they briefly worked at Apple as a Product Specialist before joining Secretariat Economists as an Economist specializing in Labor & Employment. Most recently, Jonathan joined Syndio where they initially served as a Pay Equity Consultant and currently works as the Manager of Advice & Analytics.
Jonathan Vidales holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Applied Economics from Florida State University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree at the same university from 2008 to 2012, with a double major in Economics and International Affairs.
In addition to their formal education, Jonathan has also acquired various certifications. Jonathan completed a number of courses through Coursera, including "People Analytics," "Operations Analytics," "Customer Analytics," "Python for Everybody Specialization," "Capstone: Retrieving, Processing, and Visualizing Data with Python," "Using Databases with Python," "Using Python to Access Web Data by University of Michigan," "Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) by University of Michigan," and "Python Data Structures by University of Michigan." These certifications were obtained between 2019 and 2020.
