Margarita Linets

Margarita Linets has a diverse work experience in software engineering and data analysis. Margarita is currently working as a Software Engineering Manager at Syndio, where they help companies promote workplace equity and build diverse teams. Prior to this, they worked at Wayfair, where they held various roles, including Software Engineering Manager and Sr. Engineer/Engineering Manager. At Wayfair, they led teams in developing data-intensive applications, re-architecting business services, and building data analytics platforms. Margarita also has experience working as a Consultant at IHS, where they conducted data analysis, built custom forecast models, and developed automation processes.

Margarita Linets completed their education in a chronological manner. Margarita obtained a Graduate Certificate in Applied Statistics from Penn State University, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their MA in International Economics and Finance at Brandeis International Business School, from 2010 to 2012. Margarita also holds a BA degree in Finance from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired various certifications in data analysis and machine learning from Coursera, including certifications in Developing Data Products, Practical Machine Learning, Regression Models, Statistical Inference, Exploratory Data Analysis, Reproducible Research, Getting and Cleaning Data, R Programming, and The Data Scientist's Toolbox.
