Matthew Guss

Matthew Guss is an experienced Executive Search and Assessment Consultant at Russell Reynolds Associates since 2013, focusing on talent management in high-growth industries. In addition to this role, Matthew serves on the advisory boards of several innovative companies, including Syndio, Hone, HelloSky, and PerceptionPredict, contributing expertise in workplace equity, learning solutions, human capital intelligence, and data-driven performance predictions.
