Whitney Hillis

Whitney Hillis has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2002, they worked as an Office Assistant at the Northwest Leadership Foundation for six years. In 2012, they joined The First Tee of South Puget Sound as an Administrative Manager and later became the Administrative and Finance Director until 2016. Then, in 2017, they joined Drift as a People Operations professional, where they supported various HR processes and managed employee relations until 2020. Following that, they worked at Knock as a Recruiter, responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent opportunities within the company. In 2021, Whitney became the Lead Technical Recruiter/Manager at Mavericks Recruiting on Demand, where they partnered with tech companies to provide recruiting solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Syndio, where they are responsible for acquiring top talent.

Whitney Hillis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California Lutheran University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in July 2013 and July 2011 respectively.
