Björn Haraldsson

Before joining Syndis, Björn spent over 10 years at a global information security company performing PCI DSS audits and providing information security consulting. Björn’s clients included multinational merchants and financial institutions from all over Europe. Prior to working with IT security full-time, Björn was responsible for the IT operations of various organizations.

Björn is an Electrical engineer from the University of Iceland and has a M.Sc. in Information security from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm where he lived for 12 years. He is a ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), BSI ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, and was, prior to joining Syndis, a PA-QSA and PCI SSC QSA since 2010.
