Szymon Ossowski

While not formally educated in IT Szymon received his knowledge from the ground up and in a hard way- starting as a data entry clerk in a Polish insurance company he then moved on to serve as a helpdesk consultant for one of the biggest British national companies. That meant that if users could not locate their Start Menu or find their desktop icons he was there to ask them if they tried to turn it off and on again.
