Nilesh Patel

Nilesh Patel has a strong background in technology and software development. Nilesh started their career as a Software Developer at Avani Cimcon Technologies Inc. in 2004. From there, they moved to Capgemini, where they worked as a Software Developer for HSBC Bank. In 2007, Nilesh joined Synechron as a Senior Developer and eventually worked their way up to Team Lead and Senior Technical Lead. Nilesh was responsible for the design and development of a Regression Testing Tool for Cover-All Technologies. In 2014, Nilesh became a Manager Software at Synechron, where they were involved in Volcker implementation for a large US bank.
