Padmaja Bhame is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Technology at Synechron since July 2022, Padmaja has previously held various leadership roles at Ebix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and EbixCash Financial Technologies, contributing expertise in the BSF (Lending) domain. Prior to this, Padmaja worked as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Greenlight Technologies Pvt. Ltd., with a solid understanding of the GRC domain. Padmaja holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Bharati Vidyapeeth, obtained in 2007.
