Leila Aboorashtchi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a progressive career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at WEX since March 2020, Leila has previously held roles as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Business Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Signal AI from June 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities included roles as a People & Culture Partner and Human Resources Advisor. Leila began their HR career at Shiseido as a Human Resources Assistant EMEA, supporting various brands, and had earlier experiences at Louis Vuitton and Santander Asset Management UK. Leila holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Roehampton, obtained between 2011 and 2014.
