Charles Steward has an extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Charles began their career in 1994 with the United States Marine Corps as an Aviation Ordnanceman, where they supervised over 500 personnel in the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of armament equipment. Charles then moved on to become the Armament Weapons Support Equipment (AWSE) Program Manager, where they were personally responsible for the introduction and distribution of five next generation weapons support equipment systems items valued at more than $76 million dollars. In 2016, Charles Steward joined AVMAC LLC as the Support Equipment Logistics Manager, where they liaised with five other Support Equipment Controlling Authorities (SECA), Rediness Offices, NAVAIR, CNAP, NATEC, NAVSUP, DLA, FSTs and contractors to identifly SE deficiencies, recommend corrective actions and coordinate resolutions. Finally, in 2019, they joined Synectic Solutions, Inc. as an AAE Logistics Analyst and a TWLS Logistics Analyst.
Charles Steward's education history includes graduating from Altoona Area High School with a High School Diploma in 1994, attending Central Texas College from 2005 to 2007, and attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2000 to 2002 and 2018 to present, where they are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Program Management. Charles has also attended various other training courses, including Marine Corps Recruit Training in 1994, Substance Abuse Control Specialist in 2007, Lean Six Sigma/Yellow Belt Training in 2009, Support Equipment Resource Management Information System in 2011, and Staff Non-commissioned Officer Advanced Academy in 2011. Additionally, Charles Steward has certifications from the United States Department of Defense, including a Current Active Secret Security Clearance obtained in April 1995 and Defense Acquisition University Acquisition Program Management.
