Scott Koslow

Scott Koslow has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Scott currently serves as the President and CEO of Synectic Solutions, Inc. Scott has also held positions such as the President of Ventura Defense Industry Forum and Executive Board Member of NDIA Los Angeles Chapter.

In terms of their previous roles, Scott Koslow was the Senior Director of Campaign Strategies at VT Group (VTG) from June 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they were the Vice President of West Coast Operations at Valkyrie Enterprises from May 2018 to December 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Quality Innovative Solutions, Inc. from May 2016 to May 2018.

Scott Koslow's career began in the US Navy, where they held various positions such as Aircrewman, Rescue Swimmer, Door Gunner, Flight Engineer, and Senior Enlisted Manager. Scott served in the Navy from April 1988 to April 2008 and accumulated over 6000 combined flight hours across different aircraft types.

Prior to their naval service, Scott Koslow worked as a Project Manager and Quality Engineer at Northrop Grumman, specifically on the Global Hawk Program. Scott also worked at Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) as the Division Director and Senior Contracts Manager, responsible for contract management and procurement.

Scott Koslow obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in International Business from Colorado Technical University. Scott also earned a Master of Science - MS in Information Technology Project Management from the same institution before enrolling in the Naval Postgraduate School. There, they pursued a Master of Science Contract Administration degree with a focus on Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management.
