Aaron Jones

Aaron Jones began their work experience in 2012 as an IT Business Analyst during a student placement at WWRD United Kingdom Ltd. In this role, they provided first-line IT support for 65 EMEA stores and was a member of a Lean Six Sigma green belt project team that achieved £200k in annual savings.

In 2013, Jones joined Synectics Solutions as a Project Analyst before progressing to roles such as Project/Programme Manager, where they managed software engineering projects and teams of approximately 25 developers and testers. Aaron oversaw notable projects such as the launch of the Precision predictive analytics product and the refresh of internal processing engines.

Jones then became a Team Manager for Product & Engineering Projects, responsible for a team of project managers and support staff. Aaron handled end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and personal development processes within the team.

From 2019 to 2021, Jones served as the Product Owners Team Manager at Synectics Solutions. Lastly, they held positions as Head of Enterprise Portfolio and Head of Enterprise Portfolio and Product, responsible for managing the company's core private sector product suite and business relationship with offshore development partners.

Aaron Jones attended Keele University from 2010 to 2013, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science with honours (BSc hons) degree in Information Technology Management for Business.
