Brenton Burke

Brenton Burke is a seasoned professional in organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Director of Team and Organization Effectiveness at Syneos Health since May 2019, where Brenton has developed a portfolio of tools to enhance consistency across the team. Prior to this role, Brenton was the Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Anthem, Inc. from January 2017 to May 2019, leading the design and execution of the Succession Management process at the enterprise level. Brenton’s earlier experience includes significant roles at Novo Nordisk, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Organizational Effectiveness to Human Resources Manager in Market Access, achieving notable accomplishments such as automating performance appraisals and executing organizational restructuring. Brenton also has a history of consulting and project management in various organizations, alongside academic credentials including a Psy.D. in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University and a B.A. in Psychology and Media Production from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
