Carol Douglas

Carol Douglas, PMP, is a Senior Director of Project Management Delivery at Syneos Health, where oversight of clinical study programs and portfolio management is provided, along with guidance to Project Managers and Directors. In addition, Carol serves as President of the Dr. James Still Historic Site and Educational Center, a 501c3 non-profit organization. With a career spanning over two decades at Covance, roles included Associate Director of Portfolio Management, Project Director, Project Manager, Senior Clinical Data Coordinator, Clinical Research Associate, and Clinical Data Coordinator, demonstrating expertise in project oversight, client relations, and data management. Earlier experience encompasses positions at U.S. Bioscience and NDRI, emphasizing data analysis and research management. Carol holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Rutgers University and a PMP certification from the Institute of Project Management.
